3D Printed Bridge , Glasgow

Our team in Glasgow has become the first contractor in Scotland to use 3D printed concrete to form the staircase on a new active transport bridge in North Glasgow. The technique reduces waste, reduces risk and will become cheaper and more efficient as the process become more widely used. The 3D printed sections will be invisible once the new bridge opens, covered by a tiled granite finish.
