Plaited Braid Stitch for metal thread - Jacobean hand embroidery

Here is another way to work this stitch, lets call it Version II. Its better suited in many respects to use with metallic thread, however, the previous version (see my other video) may be seen to produce flatter and possibly, prettier results.
