MANOR LORDS: THE FUTURE OF HISTORICAL STRATEGY

Manor Lords is no doubt the beginning of a new generation of Historical Strategy games. I would go so far as to say that with Historical Total War at a standstill this game might be the next best thing until a potential future Medieval 3 Total War. In this video I explore everything we know about Manor Lords so far, my thoughts about the future of historical strategy and why I think Manor Lords in particular is set to be one of the best strategy games we’ve ever had. There are loads of great historical strategy games in the works such as Knights of Honor 2, Builders of Egypt and others so I think it’s important to cover these games and analyse how good they’re going to be and how different they will be to what we’ve had so far!
