In this Zbrush timelapse I turn a human basemesh into a hungry orc. The video covers the complete modeling/sculpting workflow from primary shapes to skin detailing.

My artstation project:
Once again, I start with a basemesh head and start shaping it into the concept by using the basic brushes like move (topological), Claybuildup, Standard and Dam standard for the most part. I reuse teeth and gums I sculpted for another orc and tweak them to match concept.
