“Parampara – Traditions - Дәстүр“ - the Festival of Indian Culture

With the overwhelming support that is extended by the Indian Community in Kazakhstan, SVCC and INCHAM joined hands to organize “#Parampara – #Traditions” - the #Festival of #IndianCulture on 24 March 2023 at the prominent ‘Zhambyl Kazakh State Philharmonic Concert Hall’ in Almaty. The event featured the official ceremony with remarks of HE Mrs. Shubhdarshini Tripathi, Ambassador of India to Kazakhstan and Mr. Arman Khalbekov, Representative of Cultural Department of Mayor’s Office of Almaty. Various aspects of Indian culture such as Yoga, Mehendi Art, tour & travel, the traditional medical system of India, souvenirs, Indian tea, costumes, jewellery, cultural presentations by Gold Step Dance Academy of Astana, Indian music concert by a prominent group from Uzbekistan - “HAVAS Guruhi” showcased during this event.
