This is Time v 3.0, where “Time 2“ gets an upgrade with a new intro and changes keys. I used the exact same hat that was used in the original “Time 2“ video. I had it saved in a storage container with “Time 2“ written inside it, to make sure I would know which hat was used in the original video. In the downloaded file there is no information whatsoever to indicate how to contact the authors for official permission. The link below suggests that it was a part of Windows Media Player and that it can be used.
