Anal Cunt - Live at Middle East in Cambridge, MA (1989) [From Split VHS w/ Psycho]

Full show of Anal Cunt playing live at Middle East in Cambridge, MA in ’89. This footage appeared on their split VHS tape w/ Psycho. I had the pleasure of seeing this great band live in New Orleans on their ’Top 40 Hits’ tour of 1995. Vocalist Seth Putnam was a very nice & sensitive man; he talked w/ me & my then-bassist in Apostasy for a while outside the venue before they played. As we talked, Philip Anselmo, who I’d known for years from playing music down here & practicing next door to one of his bands, walked up & started kicking the sh*t w/ us. Seth & Phil had never met before that, & I witnessed this historic meeting, which I always thought was pretty cool. The two of them started hanging out regularly w/ each other after that, even making music together.
