Doll Cake Buttercream Swirl Dress

Hey everyone, here is my latest Doll cake, she turned out so pretty, I hope you got an idea on how to put her hardest part has to be when you have to cut the cake to sculpt the dress, one bad cut & you’re screwed!! can’t have a lopsided dress LOL!!..I used an Ateco 868 star is a very large tip & will require a large piping bag, I believe I used a 20in bag, I went through 1 1/2 of that piping bag full of buttercream to completely cover the can use a small bag like a 14-16in ba
