Blues For Harry Bosch by Grace Kelly (Mocean Worker Remix)

Blues For Harry Bosch is a track on Grace’s new CD “Trying To Figure It Out“ written and performed by Grace Kelly perfectly illustrates the concept as a retro-jazz piece with a film nour-ish feel yet thoroughly contemporary with a clubby trance groove produced by uber-popular spin-master, producer and Jazz/Electronica musician Mocean Worker. Says Kelly of the song, which was inspired by Connelly’s hardened detective, “I wanted to write a song that sonically portrayed the feeling of Bosch getting ready to jump into a crime scene. ‘Blues for Harry Bosch’ is layered with anticipation, excitement, and a bit of mystery. The video is meant to evoke those feelings on a deeper level. To create a visually cohesive and swanky vibe, I combined my vision with the actual footage of Harry Bosch (Titus Welliver), and the scene of me with my band performing the song. In the end it all ties together beautifully.” “Blues For Harry Bosch” was written for the Emmy nominated series BOSCH released March
