Why Kamala Harris is ignoring Ukraine on the campaign trail

For all the talk of the latest incursion into Russia, the fatigue of the Kremlin’s footsoldiers and Vladimir Putin’s weapons deliveries from Iran, one other factor could single handedly determine the fate of Ukraine next year.
