Full title reads: “Heroine of the Skies. Three cheers for Miss Amelia Earhart - ’Lady Lindy’ - on her marvelous dual Atlantic Flights.“ C/U Amelia Earhart - described as ’a Lady Lindy’. Earhart greeted in plane. L/S sea plane floating just of the beach. A crowd has gathered in the rain to look on from the beach. (These shots were taken in 1928 when she landed at Burry Point / Burry Port in Wales). Seaplane with small rowing boats around it. Earhart and the pilots she flew with are rowed ashore.
