Today we will walk along one of the main thoroughfares of the Petrogradsky District in St. Petersburg, Russia. The emergence of the Bolshoy Prospect (large avenue) dates back to the 1730s. The beginning of our walk from the Petrogradskaya metro station to Tuchkov bridge. There are a lot of apartment buildings, restaurants and shops on Bolshoy Prospect (Big avenue). The place is not very touristy. It’s almost Christmas weather - it’s snowing!
