Full title reads: “Africa. The Bey of Tunis stages great spectacular review in honour of President Doumergue’s last official visit to Protectorate.“ Tunisia. French President Gaston Doumergue and the Bey of Tunis stand together with other dignitaries. The Tunisian leader hangs a medal from a French flag. Tunisian men in traditional costume and carrying flags parade before the President and the Bey as they sit on a podium. Soldiers parade past including a pipe and drum band. More troops march past.
