Republicans REALLY Want To Cut Social Security

Republicans are dreamers, and among their most fervent dreams is the hope that one day they might kill the quintessentially socialist – but also highly popular – policy of Social Security. But they also like to deny that they harbor this dream, perhaps in the hopes that Democrats will do it for them. Most recently former Vice President Mike Pence has promoted the idea of reviving a George Bush era policy, specifically to partially privatize Social Security (with an eye to eventually killing it).
