Admiral Nakhimov, Paper Model, 1/200 Scale, Part 5, Hull Update, Filling Hull Spaces with XPS Foam

This is small update to look at a couple of options for filling in the space between the hull bulkheads, which I wanted to do to prevent the skins sinking between them. Something I have had problems with in the past. I was initially going to fill with card but I found a local source of XPS foam (extruded polystyrene) where I also got their cheap hand held foam cutter. I used that for the basis of modifying to make a hot wire table for more accurate and square cuts. It probably isn’t the only way or maybe not the best way, but it works for me.
