’s Passacaglia in c Minor (BWV 582) doubtlessly belongs to the list of absolute best musical compositions ever written. I’m playing the piece here on the brand new organ, replica of the 1779 Contius organ in Liepaja (Latvia), build for the Saint-Michael church in Leuven. The recording is a completely reworked video-version of the inauguration concert, which I played (virtually through YouTube) with Bernard Foccroulle on Friday 28 of May 2021.
