“Petite fleur“ Sidney Bechet

I love playing my saxophone in an empty restaurant. There’s something special about the way the sound fills the room without any distractions. Today, I’m practicing a jazz classic - “Petite fleur.“ As the music starts, I feel my body relax, my fingers moving effortlessly over the keys. It’s like my saxophone is an extension of me, and I can express myself in ways that words cannot. The melody flows through the empty space, and I can hear every note ringing clear. I close my eyes and get lost in the music, letting the rhythm take over. The world outside disappears, and it’s just me and my sax. The notes soar higher and higher, and I feel like I’m flying. As I finish the last phrase, I slowly lower my saxophone, feeling the silence fill the room once again. I take a deep breath and smile, knowing that I’m one step closer to mastering this beautiful piece of music. It’s moments like these that make me grateful for the opportunity to create something bea
