30 Days of Apple Cider Vinegar vs 15 years of GERD/Reflux

I have been on one form or another of acid reflux medication for roughly 15 years. As part of my keto health transformation, nothing would make me happier than to get off of all medications and be free of the chronic ailments that have been plaguing me for years. Some of my viewers suggested that I might be able to cure my acid reflux / GERD by consuming apple cider vinegar. I decided I’d give it a try for 30 days. After being keto for a while, I reduced from 40mg/day to 20mg/day. When I started the ACV at the beginning of this 30 day experiment, I stopped Pantoprazole completely.
