Pinkie: But on this most auspicious of nights, permit me then, in lieu of the more commonplace soubriquet, to suggest the character of this dramatis persona. Presto! In plain sight a humble patriotic pony, cast proxy as both prey and perpetrator by the probability of fate. This phizog, no mere pretext of pride, is a print of the “popular belief“ now passed away, perished. However, this plucky phantasm of a bygone
