There are no major changes in the Shanghai plant this week from last week, Phase II is still being renovated and upgraded. The central area and the exterior structure of the R&D center appear to be nearing completion, the north side of the building is still underway, and the second phase of the supplemental work has had more than its fair share of roof coverage.
