We are, however, talking about the grandparents of Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, who last year made a much-talked-about cameo appearance slap bang in the middle of the throng of thousands, giving thousands of young people a run for their money and then some. Well the Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike family party gene must be hella strong as the brothers’ matriarch and patriarch made their second consecutive appearance at the world’s favourite dance music festival, repping for the Belgian elderly and putting many a teenage electronic house fan to shame. On the verge of becoming Tomorrowland celebrities themselves, Karl and Liliane gave their grandsons something to shout out for and showed music lovers from over 214 countries that it doesn’t matter how old you are -- if you feel the beat, if you love the drop, if you want to throw your hands in the air and pump it like you just don’t care, there’s absolutely nothing stopping you.
