4:1 balun construction

Radio Frequency transmission theory, construction and testing of a high power {100% duty 1kW } very conservative more like 2 } compact balun of 1:4 - 4:1 ratio using local sourced or junk box components. It would have been nice to have PTFE tube for the enamel copper and potting compound to encase the toroids as done on commercial baluns to prevent shatter in case of disaster such as a high VSWR due to antenna/feeder failure. Also although not included in this video, I debated on should the cores be separated and if so by how much, it was very interesting research reading for this video. The tip is keep them apart out of equilibrium of the toroidal fields..? Not sure of the immediate negative effect, likely to be minimal as in the past I have stacked them with no problems, although commercial ones are sensibly separated. Can be calculated according to Maxwells equations or measured using a EMF Gauss meter. At the end the references has the years missing as I didn’t want endnote to mess up other work I
