DOOM 3 PHOBOS MOD | Full Game Walkthrough | No Commentary

Today we have something very special as we are about to archive an awesome mod for Doom 3! Doom 3 is a classic FPS that came out right at the end period of the golden age of FPS games. I have plenty of pleasant memories of playing it and was surprised to find out that one of the most impressive mods I have ever seen was made for this. Doom 3 Phobos tries to reimagine Doom in the style of narrative based FPS games like Half-Life. That means that in between the action there is plenty of narrative and moments of environmental storytelling. This is great since it always amounts to great world building and I was very impressed with all the narrative sections this mod had to offer. I was so impressed with it that I found the action parts sometimes a bit less engaging and wanted to continue the narrative to see where the story would head towards. The second half of the mod (episode 2) can be a bit confusing at times because of the level layout and I wish more narrative moments would be put in this second
