M. Alphonse Berg - the famous fashion designer - makes his wife a dress on the spot. He takes off her dressing gown and stands her on a box in the middle of the room. She stands with hands above her head whilst Alphonse drapes a long piece of material around her body. He continues to drape and pin and creates a frock in two minutes. The wife admires herself in a mirror. Alphonse puts a hat on her head, hands her a parasol and handbag, puts his hat on and they leave. The dress is then seen in Regent Street as they walk down the street together. Was an Eve’s Film Review item - i
