The WORST OP Stand?!

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure is full of powerful and OP stands like Golden Experience Requiem and King Crimson from Part 5 Golden Wind or The World and Star Platinum from Part 3 Stardust Crusaders, but this stand from Part 6 Stone Ocean I see get commented on my previous videos covering powerful stands in real life is not as good and is just kind of bad.
