TRAX was a short-lived duo, consisting of Munich Machine royalty, the two Englishmen Pete Bellotte & Keith Forsey. Pete Bellotte was of course songwriter and co-producer for Donna Summer, Roberta Kelly, Giorgio Moroder, and Munich Machine. Keith Forsey, drummer extraordinaire, whose solid four-on-the-floor-beat defined the Munich disco sound on all aforementioned artists as well as Boney M., Silver Convention, Amanda Lear, and many more. Their first album, Watch Out!, was recorded March 1977 and released two months later. While the album failed to reach the sales charts, it was a big disco hit in the US where it spent 13 weeks on the Billboard Disco Charts, peaking at #12 in October that year with its punchy, raw energy. Bellotte & Forsey had another go as Trax on a second album, Dancing In The Streets, in 1978 which flopped. They would, however, find major commercial success when they teamed with Harold Faltermeyer and wrote Hot Stuff for Donna Summer the following year.
