The Earl of Athlone - in full Governor General’s regalia - inspects South African soldiers. The Earl and his wife, Princess Alice of Albany, shake hands with various people. The Earl and his wife say goodbye to dignitaries at railway station. The Earl is presented with a garland of flowers by representatives of the Indian community.
