Baby attacked, killed by dog

DAYTON, Ohio (WKRC) -- A family dog killed a 7-month-old baby Sunday in Dayton. The dog was a pit bull-type of breed and was taken from the home. Police say the baby was home with just his grandmother at the time. A family spokesperson says the dog jumped over the gate and attacked the baby. It’s unclear if the grandmother will face any charges. According to a neighbor, the same dog recently attacked a beagle.
