Russia: Putin mobilises Northern Fleet for Arctic drills

Russian President and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Vladimir Putin has unexpectedly decided to test the battle-readiness of the Northern Fleet, Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said in Moscow on Monday.
