Kensington Philadelphia’s Worst Hoods at Night

This is footage taken on Saturday July 1 2023. Tonight we are back in Kensington section of Philadelphia going for a night drive through some of the areas worst blocks and hoods. What you see is real, is not a movie and it’s not scripted. This is just raw footage of Kensington at night. Kensington Philadelphia has become the East Coast poster child for addiction, crime, poverty and blight. We’ve already seen how wild it can get in the morning so we decided to come back and check it out on a summer night to compare. Philadelphia is America’s 7th largest city with a great history. It’s America’s first capital city and birthplace of the Declaration of Independence as this is the place that document was both created and signed.
