This class, on a physical level, is focused on the rooting into your lower body, getting instinctual in your movements…developing a deep trust in you felt sense as the source of your intuition.
We’ll be close to the earth, Rewilding yourself with primal movements
We will develop nervous system flexibility through short bursts of movement to elevate your heart rate with recovery phases.
We will have some twists, turns, and challenges in this flow
And we might just take off to fly!
