Landmine Core Trainer Full Body Complex

Coming back from a lot of travel and some sickness and wanted to throw in some work capacity with landmine complexes. This is new one I put together today: ▶️Split Stance Meadows Row x 5 ▶️Staggered Landmine Press x 5 ▶️Two Hand Landmine Press x 5 ▶️Lumberjack Squats x 5 ▶️Alternating Reverse Lunge x 5/side ▶️Staggered Landmine Press x 5 ▶️Split Stance Meadows Row x 5 Keep the rest breaks short here (between 30-45 seconds). I hit 8 rounds which ended up being 320 reps which ends up being a lot of volume in a short time. You can take this in many directions and ad RDL’s, lateral lunges, etc (the variety is endless), which is why I like the landmine, it has a ton of variation and can be very joint friendly.
