QUEEN - Footage from the Rotterdam Ahoy Hall 1977 & 1979 (8 mm film)

QUEEN Location : Rotterdam Ahoy Hall – Rotterdam – The Netherlands Dates : may 17 1977 and january 1979 Source 8 mm compilation film reel. I recently found a 8mm film reel with a compilation of various concerts at the Rotterdam Ahoy Hall. It features concert footage from the Rotterdam concerts 1977 and 1979, also fanmade artwork and a piece of Don’t stop me now promo video filmed from a tv screen. Most of the footage is from 1979 but there is also footage from, the second known 8mm filming, of Rotterdam 1977 edited in. The story : V.M. bought this reel at a early Dutch Queen convention 1982-1984 (Schiedam) from Frieda S. Fried S. was a die hard Queen fan and had contact with all bandmembers, she once made a pencil drawn comic book about the bands career, only about 5 were made and 1 was given to Brian May.
