Quick and Light Squat Workout. Today I thought I’d start my day off with 3 sets of light squats to get the blood flowing. I’ll finish off the rest of my body parts in another workout at the end of the day, but using a split routine in the day enables me to reset my energy after training legs. By training other body parts at different times, my energy can be at a more optimal level than if I trained those body parts after squatting.
