Moment good samaritan shoves suspected thief running from police

A suspected thief was shoved to the ground by a good samaritan after being seen taking parcels from outside a house on 8 January. Police attempted to apprehend Eder Mateo after he was caught on a doorbell camera taking the packages. The 27-year-old was clotheslined by the passer-by as he ran away in Yonkers, New York State.
