Clashes between local armed groups and government forces break out in Myanmar

Clashes between the allied forces of local armed groups and government forces broke out in north Myanmar on Sunday morning. At least one civilian was killed. The sound of gunshots could be heard in Wanding, a border city in southwest China’s Yunnan Province. And stray bullets fell into Chinese territory.
