John Anderson Kansetsu Waza Clinic

This is a video of the late Sensei John Anderson, Hachidan (8th Dan) in Kodokan Judo, performing a Kansetsu Waza Clinic in, I believe, 2008 timeframe. The Kansetsu Waza Clinic was held at the Hui-O Judo Club in Beltsville, Maryland. John Anderson began studying Judo in 1946. At one time he was considered as the most knowledgeable ne waza (ground work) instructors in the United States. John was very active at the National level. He served as First Vice President of the United States Judo Federation (USJF) and as Chairman of the Standards Committee, Chairman of the Teachers Institute, and member of the National Tournament Committee, National Board of Examiners, Kata Development and Certification Committee, and Self-Defense Committee.
