Make Way For Noddy Ep3 and the Magic Bagpipes

When Noddy takes up playing the bagpipes, he promises to practice everyday but he soon gets bored and gives up. Eventually the bagpipes (which are enchanted) take on a life of their own, running around Toy Town causing chaos. Noddy and Big-Ears have to work out how to stop.
