Part 1 - 5 Rounds each (switch with partner): ⁣ ▶️ KB Swings x 10 ▶️ Squat Jumps ⁣ Part 2 - 5 rounds of each (switch with partner): ⁣ ▶️ 1 and 1/2 Rep KB Deadlift x 10 ▶️ Squat Pulses ⁣ ?the partner that does the exercise with the rep count determines how long the other partner works (once he completes the reps you switch). ⁣ Add this in at the end of your workout and let us know how your legs feel :) ⁣
