Full title reads: “Berlin“. Germany. Fantastic propaganda film about celebrations of the 4th anniversary of Nazi regime in Berlin. MS of people trying to keep warm while waiting. LS Adolf Hitler being greeted by Hermann Goering. MS people wearing hats. CU clock showing One O’Clock. Silent streets. People gather round outdoor public address speakers. They all look very cold. Follows a careful selection of shots of the crowds listening the speech from the street loud speaker to shops and homes - Nation halts to here him. Frozen faces of the people on the street are juxtaposed to hands around the street fire and lines of feet stumping, trying to warm up. A grand Nazi parade follows.
