EXCLUSIVE “REUNION“ OF GROUP “SMILE“ The Cross - Christmas Cracker “Plus Very Special Guests“ - Tuesday , The Marquee Club, London, UK (Xmas party with special guests) At second X-mas party (first was on Monday 21st and the guests were Tim Staffell and Roger Daltrey from “The Who“) took part not only Tim Staffel but also “curlier guy“ Brian May - it was sort of reunion of “Pre Queen“ group “Smile“. Tim and Brian joined Roger’s “The Cross“ on versions of “Earth“ and “If I Were A Carpenter“ - two songs Smile had played at their most memorable gig, at the Royal Albert Hall, back in 1969. Roger Taylor (drums), Tim Staffell (lead singer, bass), Brian May (guitar) and the rest of “The Cross“ (without drummer Josh Macrae) - Spike Edney (keyboard), Clayton Moss (guitar), Peter Noone (bass) It is very poor quality but on the other hand it was really unique even
