Why i am in ban???!!! (Read description)

I dissapeared from top 100 because i log out and after log in. when i am loaded my save, i am was shown with 12 stars in friendship top. 20 minutes later i am returned to the friend top with 14000 stars but i still showing in top 100. Maybe it is bug, idk. I am counting on your help, thanks!
