Quake Live True sight vision config test

Testing of Quake Live config with true sight vision settings. In that config don’t low the graphic quality, added well displayed smok from projectils, disabled any bobs, screen damage colorize, disabled flashes when shooting and made some specific visual options for Lighting Gun and Railgun projectils and disabled any client predictions.
