The Aftermath of World War I saw drastic political, cultural, economic, and social change across Europe. Many ethnicities saw this as a chance to gain their independence after the dissolution of the German, Russian and Austro-Hungarian empires. Among others, Polish fought for nearly 3 and a half years in order to create their own state. In this video you can see an every day version of the aftermath of WWI in eastern Europe.
