’HUNDREDS Injured in Jerusalem During Intense Clashes Around Al-Aqsa Mosque’ More than 205 Palestinians and 17 Israeli police officers were injured in Jerusalem on Friday. Intense clashes broke out around the al-Aqsa mosque compound - a sacred site for both Jews and Muslims. Thousands were in attendance earlier in the day for the final Friday prayers of Ramadan.
