Recorded in Wayne Henderson’s kitchen at the annual Wayne Henderson Christmas Party. After I met Jens Kruger, I realized that I had previously been tossing around the word “genius“ far too frequently. I’ve never encountered another human in my lifetime with a greater depth of understanding of music and one’s instrument in particular. And I was lucky enough to stand right next to him and capture this video.
