You can make tartare with fresh, smoked or tinned fish and I’ll show you how. They are great for the holidays, easter, Thanksgiving or Christmas. You must give these a try! I’m showing you how to make lovely tinned sardines tartare with colorful tomatoes and goat cheese. Or what about a lovely smoked and fresh salmon tartare with mustard and dille?
