Julia Hartley-Brewer slams Costa Coffee for “celebrating” women “mutilating” their bodies after they branded one of their coffee vans with a cartoon depicting a transgender man with a mastectomy. The company has defended the image as a celebration of “inclusivity and diversity,“ but it’s facing a wave of anger from people who say it is glamourising complex, dangerous surgery. “They’ve got to virtue signal.
