1 Hour DUMBBELL FULL BODY WORKOUT at Home | No Jumping

This is a 1 hour full body dumbbell workout! No jumping! Low impact! Using only light dumbbells or filled water bottles as resistance, we will be hitting our entire lower body, upper body, abs and core throughout! Also working on balance, co-ordination and mind to muscle connection. You will need a mat and some LIGHT resistance. I am using 2 x 4kg dumbbells only so water bottles are perfect too, it is a workout with in weight! Each exercise is performed for 50 seconds, 10 seconds to then get ready for next exercise! Every 2nd exercise is a staple exercise relating to either lower body, upper body or core!
