But this time I wanted to have go with Gelatin with a completely different theme❄️❄️❄️... something to do with Winter I thought... Well... I nearly gave up 😅 It all began well until it came to the Gelatine. The mixture wasn’t right on my part. I followed the exact instructions on the packet. But Thank God I decided to double the mixture. Setting the jelly took longer than Agar Agar. We had to refrigerate the cake overnight just to be sure the jello would set right.
